Decisions... Decisions....

After putting a lot of thought into I will be no longer doing cosplay. I really don't see the point in buying costumes that I am only going to wear once. I just can't see myself doing it anymore. All my cosplays sucked, I don't have the looks for it anyways. I will still attempt to do Lolita but I will probably stick with the dresses I have, and work on items for coordination, which will mostly be accessories.
I am working on finding a second job, my current job will always be my safety net, which is a bit relieving. I am just sad my hours are half of what they used to be a week....
I have been mostly working on art, now that big project I planned for myself I at least have a draft sketch for the most part. I have been working on other things too.
Pokémon Black has been pretty fun so far, I only play little parts at a time though.

Debate

Value Your Friends More than Your Boyfriend, or Value Your Boyfriend More than Your Friends

I suck at debates so I am just going to play it as it is. I am speaking in the female tense because I am in no way male.
Now that I have clearly been on both sides of that argument. I cannot believe it that people choose the second one over the first one.
Friends should come before boyfriends, not if they are male though, sorry. Now I have also been upset by both sides of the faction, I know weird. Friends will be there always (err... sometimes....) unlike boyfriends which you know, come, and go.
I am sitting on the fence here laughing because this is just a riot.
I believe friends come before boyfriends, but like I said not if male, and if you have male friends the boyfriend goes first.
End of debate.

A Day Off

I absolutely love these candy apples, they are amazing, I always look at them when I go to the mall. I need to try more flavours though.
I was at the mall alone, and I quote from someone I ran into: "That's sad."
I finally replaced my chain that I broke, and lost the end of the jumper to. The chain is lighter than the original but it works. I wandered the mall alone like I usually do.
I'm a nerd, geek, whatever, and I now possess Pokémon Black. The new Pokémon are odd but they will probably just keep getting more odd as they go if they keep adding more. I also have Pokémon Yellow, Crystal, Ruby, Leaf Green, Pearl, and Heart Gold. I am only past the first gym leader on Pearl because the newer Pokémon on this one and, it is boring. Now Pokémon Black, despite the new Pokémon is pretty awesome.
So other than that my adventures lead me to learning that working at the comic shop might not be a good idea for me. I went to a Ladies' Night event, and the rabid fans scared me off again. Oh well. I am looking for a second job since my hours are half of what they used to be, which sucks a lot.
I found a place to fill the Teriyaki place, but it isn't as good. :( I was going to go to a Japanese/Korean restaurant but they are closed for vacation.
I find it is kind of fun skating on the sidewalks, I did it really well with my non-slip shoes for work.
So the roommates rabbit likes me apparently. I came home last night fed it, and put it to bed, and got it up this morning because she is away. If I have a pet they hate me, if it belongs to someone else it likes me.
My demon powers have returned. Oh recurring joke at where I used to work. I got off at the wrong place gonig home on the bus last night because I wasn't paying attention. The streetlights turned off one by one as I approached them.
Work has been really good, but those coupons came back. Ugh, right after free coffee. Oh well. 8D Could be worse. No worse than some of the stuff I have gotten into.

A Proper Introduction

Hello.
My name is Amanda, and I will be 20 in June. I am a former University student but I dropped out due to difficulty, and it isn't really what I want to do. I will be attending art college in the fall.
Appearance wise I am nothing too special other than the fact that I am really tiny, and short. I am into Lolita fashion but I do not wear it everyday. I usually dress pretty casual, and modestly. I wear glasses, but I occasionally wear contact lenses.
Personality wise, I am all over the spectrum. My moods tend to change a lot. I love being optimistic though, and I believe everyone has a better side. I cherish what I have for friends because they are very special to me. I am very nervous, and shy around new people though.
I have been working at McDonald's for the last few years, and it can be quite fun. I love video games like Pokémon, Harvest Moon, Trauma Center, Dance Dance Revolution, and a few other titles. I love literature, reading is a fun pass time, and Victorian novels are amazing. I am an artist as well, more traditional so far because I like it better than digital, I am also interested in Photography. I love music, dancing, and singing as well.

Working on Improving This Blog

So I just deleted my two other blogs, the World of Warcraft one, and my work one. I think I am going to stick to this blog.
I really need to find a good template here soon, and something for a banner.
I hope to liven it up in the next little bit with pictures, and such because even I find my blog boring, and that is a bad thing.
